We are a local Landscape Company in the Windsor area who utilized the services of E & B Safety Consultants beginning in July 2011 after being audited by the Ministry of Transportation. I want to let you know how their services assisted us and what an impact it has had on the overall daily functioning of our entire organization.

Following our audit, it was made pretty clear that our procedures that we had in place to monitor our fleet of vehicles and personnel was less that adequate. It was not our intention to be neglectful of the rules and regulations that we were mandated under our CVOR, it was more an overall lack of knowledge and understanding.

We immediately contacted Sandy at E & B Safety Consultants to come in and help us pick up the pieces and put together a system which was unique to our landscaping business. After reviewing exactly what our needs were, and having extensive knowledge about the laws and regulations we were governed by, Sandy and her team of professionals put together and entire program for us which included maintenance programs, employee files, tracking systems and the list goes on. Her team organized and re-vamped our entire system and also provided direct training to our staff on how to complete various forms and inspections so that we would be in compliance with the laws. A task that would seem overwhelming to most was simplified and explained in it's entirety so that once they left it was very simple for us to continue to follow.

Sandy's team is extremely friendly and professional, and they were always willing to go that extra mile to make things easy for us. They made themselves accessible to us for questions and concerns, and continue to be in contact with us on a regular basis to see how we are doing. We recently got re-audited by the Ministry of Transportation approximately 1 year after our initial audit. I am very happy to say the we scored above 80%, which form my understanding is extremely good especially when we had so many issues that needed to be addressed. The auditor indicated that because there has been such tremendous improvement it is unlikely we will be subject to any further audits in the near future. We could not have been been successful in achieving this had we not hired E & B Safety Consultants. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who needs expertise, friendly service and most importantly who gets the job done!

They came into our company analyzed our CVOR, driver files, truck files, accident files sat and worked with our dispatch department. E&B Safety Consulting

Dealing with E&B Safety Consulting was value added experience for our company. From first contact with Sandy and June we were impressed with their flexibility and engagement with the challenge ahead and the professionalism of their approach.

Receiving 98% on our MTO audit is proof of the excellent service they have provided us. Sandy has the ability to translate the requirements of the HTA, into easy to understand segments. Her driver training course was well taught and she uses humour to leaven what might otherwise be quite a dull classroom session.
